Jai Krishan Estates Developers Pvt. Ltd (JKED) is the flagship wholly owned real estate Company of Ashok Wadia/Wadia Group. JKED has embarked on acquiring the land bank in strategic locations. While most of the investments have been made by JKED as wholly owned investment, some investments have been made in partnership with other companies for development of joint venture Projects. As on 31st March, 2013, the Share Capital of JKED stood at Rs. 111.37 lac with reserves and surplus of Rs.3384.50 lac. The investment details and broad current status is as under:
